From DC Area Artist Judy Stone - One of kind - upcycled - T.  The artist first creates the stencil from glued sections then applies the acid to create the first pattern. The piece is dyed, hand painted and cut to create a unique design. Fits up to size 10. All upcycled items are washed and sanitized at high heat before reassembly.
