Refund policy

For Regular Priced Items: La Petite Boutique RVA is happy to offer a Store Credit to customers who wish to return or exchange an item within 3 days of receipt of the purchased item. We ask that you contact us via email to discuss the item(s) to be returned/exchanged. Customers have 60 days in which to apply their Store credit. Store Credit is not applicable to Special Trunk Shows or Store Promotions.

All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original undamaged box.

Items on The Basement Sale Page: All items on The Basement Sale Page are heavily reduced and sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
